Ayn\u0131 fak\u00fcltede y\u00fcksek lisans ve doktoras\u0131n\u0131 yapt\u0131. Eyl\u00fcl 2011'de yard\u0131mc\u0131 Do\u00e7ent Dr unvan\u0131 ald\u0131. Halen Dokuz Eyl\u00fcl \u00dcniversitesinde Arkeoloji B\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcnde g\u00f6revine devam etmektedir. Uhri\u2019nin ba\u015fl\u0131ca kitaplar\u0131 alfabetik s\u0131rayla; Anadolu Mutfak K\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn K\u00f6kenleri, Anadolu\u2019da \u00d6l\u00fcm\u00fcn Tarih \u00d6ncesi, Ate\u015fin K\u00fclt\u00fcr Tarihi, Bo\u011faz Derdi, Deneysel Bir Arkeoloji \u00c7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 Olarak Hitit Mutfa\u011f\u0131, Ephesos (Efes) Gezi Rehberi olarak say\u0131lmaktad\u0131r.\n<br><br><br>\nAssoc. Dr. Ahmet Uhri was born in 1963 in \u0130zmir. He graduated from E.U. Food Engineering Department in 1986. In 1997, he completed his undergraduate education in the Department of Archeology, Faculty of Letters, E.U. He completed his master's and doctorate at the same faculty. In September 2011, he received the title of Assistant Professor Dr. He is still on duty at Dokuz Eyl\u00fcl University, Archeology Department. Uhri's major books are in alphabetical order; Origins of Anatolian Culinary Culture, Prehistory of Death in Anatolia, Cultural History of Fire, Bosphorus Trouble, Hittite Cuisine as an Experimental Archeology Study, Ephesos (Ephesus) are counted as Travel Then she went to Norway and graduated from the Department of Social Anthropology at the University of Oslo. After returning to Turkey, she worked at TRT Istanbul Television as a director, producer and copywriter for 10 years. She went to print media in 2004. She worked as a culture and art editor and gave interviews in the newspapers Reference and Turkish Daily News. She received her MS and PhD degrees in the USA, and graduated from the Executive Program in \"Leadership in Sustainability\"at Harvard University. In 2007, she returned to Turkey as city director of the Clinton Foundation in \u0130stanbul and, as a C40 partner, was the executive director of the Clinton Climate Initiative project. Dr. Erten who received the World Green Buildings Council Presidential award in 2012 and was one of the 10 women who received WSLA-Global Women Leadership Award in Sustainability. She is currently the VP of Climate Change Research Center and faculty member at the IMU. He worked with Cihan Kip\u00e7ak and \u00dcryan Do\u011fmu\u015f at the opening of Gile Restaurant, which is an Avant-garde Turkish Cuisine. He assumed the role of \"Head Chef\" at Tabla Restaurant. He served as Rudolf Van Nunen's assistant and opened Rudolf Restaurant. He started working with Y\u0131lmaz \u00d6zt\u00fcrk at Mancar Restaurant in \u0130zmir. He took part in the team of chefs to represent Turkey in San Sebastian Gastronomika. He did an impression and internship at \u201cLe Durdu\u201d in Lyon and dairy producing Swiss cheese in Nantu.
